New service facility

In an effort to serve you better, ESAB Middle East has moved out of our Al Quoz location and have set up a service facility inside our Head Office within the Jebel Ali free zone.
We have also changed the way in which we service customer’s equipment.
Starting May 1st, we will begin more onsite service in an effort to serve customers faster. We believe this approach will reduce the down time of your machines and give you greater access to our service engineers when they are at your site.
Please call our head office on 800ESABSVC or 04 8809493 and ask for the Service Department, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or continue to call our engineers directly and we will coordinate at suitable date to visit your site to fix your machines. If a machine needs to come to our Jebel Ali facility for further repairs, our engineers will arrange this with our logistics team or you are of course free to deliver machines on your own to our Jebel Ali location.
Initially, we are aiming for a 48hr response time to get an engineer on site and we will work hard to reduce this lead time as we work with the new systems. It is our hope that we will vastly improve our repair times and thus ensure your machines are kept working in production as much as possible.
